i am going to give the guy that is organizing the event in harlech a ring tomorrow to find out what time we need to be there etc, any other questions i should ask??????????????

i have spoken to chris the guy who's organizing the harlech event, he's well chuffed that we are sorting out a convoy to the show.
we need to have a chat about it tomorrow night and sort out convoy times and meeting points etc
