I'm not muscular!! I run alot and cycle alot at the gym, I do, do weights but only to tone up!!

So, what sort of food does the cafe that we're stopping at serve? I'm A slimming consultant and I'm dieting myself so, is there anything like jacket pots or anything? - Sorry I should have posted this on the North Wales run bit oh well!!!

its quite a big cafe <if its the same stoping place??> and they do a fair choice but the people in there just keeped give the wrong food out.
