P1Fanatic,

When you buy the tall building near the stadium (one with lift to the roof) you get a maverick (?) helicopter on the roof but only sometimes
and have you noticed if you take a helicopter to your mansion there's usually one already there!!
Also, if you find the News tv builing (vague description or what? forgotten what it's called) there's a funky mini version of the maverick helicopter that's really twitchy

Theres 3 others

Theres one on top of a building near that u-turn on the second island, near the haitian bit
Theres another one on a raised bit of an office building near downtown(the one where you start at to do the mission to jump across rooftops to turn the spotlight on)
Theres another one on top of a building near the multi storey car park in washington beach, I think

 

Get one of those small choppers(sparrow??)and fly it into your pay+spray at the car lot and hey presto it comes out with wheels on!!!

No really, crouch down by the desk you are at, take out the ones you can from that position and let the others kill the rest of them.

And if you like fighting kill 3 of the hostages immediatly after going into the bank.
