I was shunted 10 feet across a set of traffic lights in my old GTE 7 years ago, Had a towbar on the car and there was no visible damage, The woman who hit me in the Maestro offered to settle, but in my frame of mind (just made redundant) said don't bother as there was no damage (but hers was a mess). I didn't even get her number. 2 days later I had the whiplash injury. I suffered with it for 3 years. Wish I'd claimed now.
Moral of the story is always get their details and carry a disposable camera in the car for evidence.

Mrs Mooseracer was hit by another car whilst stopped at red traffic lights. Spent time in hospital, hard plastic collar for 3 months, still having treatment now almost 3 years later.
Still not received a payout, but is expected to be around 11-12k.
