Chrisgarner has been trying to post on here but he's had problems of some kind (could be to do with ScoobyNet going up and down a lot today?). He was expecting you to post ongoing news on the Wales community, Steve - he has another four or five guys eager to come down and join in, could grow further by the weekend. They need to have it confirmed that we're GO, and which rendezvous points/times they could join in at.

Just had the decat back on, my pads are on the metal so putting on some DS3000 just to finish the discs off but at least ill be able to stop!

 

i won't be using my brakes there stil fecked so i have invented an anchor on a long rope to sling out the rear windows

 

I reckon my cluch is on its way out as well but i still be there

Looks like the weather is going to be a bit like the last Wales run..old bridge closed...40mph limit on new one...and lots of rain.

Taz, they are pads made out of iron! But they work damn well but **** ya wheels and discs

 

damn could have done with those as my pads are on the limit but 4 pots arrive in jan so no point replacing them and tyres are fecked but 17" wheels arrive in jan so no point in replacing them...and 4 wheel drift is fun!!! see you at 8...will need to stop and fill up with optimax at the shell garage just down the road tho!!

Wilf, if you were the couple I passed on foot near the edge of Porlock, why on earth didn't you walk a little way back into the village and find 6 or 7 Scoobies that I'd just passed, parked up? Or did they all take off again, in some other direction?

I also got a flash from somebody in a non-Scooby coming out of Minehead - no idea who that was!
