Stef,

I think most of us that know you and a lot of those that dont know you DO have a lot of respect for you because of the amount of your spare time you invest in the SIDC.

The same is obviously true for the rest of the SIDC organisers.

Cheers mate

<B>Bob, Tracey, etc cheers I will come and meet you all. We were thinking about having a non-SIDC supporters **** up at Chipping Sodbury high street one night. Starting in the Portcullis Hotel (we know the management ) on Saturday evening one day, you lot up for it?

Stef said "Babber.
I suggest you take back everything you've said because you clearly have no idea what the **** you are talking about!
TRAX is an event for car clubs to attend. I booked FOUR sessions exclusively for the SIDC. All the cars in these sessions were Imprezas being driven by SIDC members.
Sod off and get your facts right before coming on here and slagging me off!
Stef."

Stef, no bollocks, I ain't taking nothing back, I understand a little more about the way it works as a few people have taken the time to explain. Chins had a long chat with me today about it, and I told him the same. It’s great that you put so much effort into SIDC and Scoobynet. Fair play to you!!!

I'm referring to when I tried to book Bruntingthorpe after speaking to the instructors who was going to take me on the track for some assistance. You ignored my email for a few days. When I did get a reply you said that it was almost full, and I needed SIDC membership before I can book the event. You weren't happy that I would pay on the day.

Got me track wheels ready to go. Had the Pro-drive cambers done especially.

By the way I've decided to join the SIDC and become an elitist like a few others on here.

Oh and Stef, I know that some people respect you on here, but I don't know you, and based on my experience dealing with you, I don't. I’m also not scared of you, like a few others I think…….Sorry Boss!!!

Enough said ?

Babber you ****.

I run 2 Supra groups and have put in the work when getting events arranged, and when I come across people like you who just want to moan I tend to suggest that if they dont like the way its run, then fck off and start your own club.

For somebody like Stef to put in the hours of work that he does to arrange events and then you spout all that bllcks about how he ignored you and that you arent scared of him. If I arranged an event for the Supra guys and they gave me the sort of crap you have given Stef then they would be made to apologise or would be permanently removed from the BBS and the group.

I seriously believe people think you just tell everybody theres an event and everybody turns up. Try arranging one some time and see how many people get pissed off when you dont tell them where it is, dont research how to get there, dont find enough parking...and thats before the event even starts.

Have some respect you ******.

JB

Yes that was me.

It was a good session while it lasted. It made up my mind not to book any time for next year, I've done four trax sessions and all four have been cut short due to off's.

To expensive especially if you take out the insurance as well (I didn't)

It just really gets my back up when people who havent paid anything towards a club or event decide to slag off the organisers who are putting a huge amount of their spare time in to make the event.

Stef probably had to spend most of his day worrying about who had to be where and when, which means while everybody else is off looking at semi-naked women Stef has to keep an eye on the Scoobs. The same goes for track days, if something goes seriously wrong at a track day or something is badly organised then Stef is the one who gets it in the neck, even when its out of his control.

If people dont like the way the club is run...

That'd make your car the dark blue one on split five spoke split rims? The Porsche you mention in the Redline session was a silver Boxster, the one that crashed out was a dark blue 993 and afaik nothing to do with the Redline time.[/quote]

The Redline track time was canned after the warm up lap due to the Festa incident. We whinged and got a few of us into a following session, a session which included the silver Boxster (good mate of the mag) and the blue 993 (dunno who he was) His incident called a halt to our second session!

Babber.
The SIDC have never held an event at Bruntingthorpe so once again you make yourself look a bit 'daft'. Oh, and I don't expect anyone to be scared of me as they have no reason to be!
As for you joining the SIDC, well, 'nuff said.

Stef.

Ian, If you had stayed glued to my side like you did before the first session, you too could have been out on the re-arranged Redline session with the to55er in the Porsche..... and the unfortunate guy in the blue 993 turbo
