Prove it. If you have indeed wasted £1000s on sticking that lump in your old woman's car then you 0-60 must be crap cos of torque steer. Traction will be ****.

So you have AVO coil overs. Your AVO coil overs must really help your traction and tourqe steer. It's a NOVA. It's front wheel drive. You'll never beat a 4 wheel drive car from a standing start in that shed.

The point I'm making is your nova will struggle to put the power down, and when it is down you must get stupid amounts of tourqe steer. So your nova can beat standard scoobys in a straight line. I'd still rather have a standard scooby and be able to go around bends than a Maxed up old shed thanks. Come and race my standard Scooby in the twisty stuff and then argue with me.

yes it is a sh1tty old nova,thats the whole point.
it can p1ss on most scoobys though, and if i do get beat by a scooby (doudtfull) i have lost nothing.

In what circumstances? On a sraight road against a standard scooby maybe. Come to a corner and look what happens. Like I said, i'd like to see you 'p1ss all over' my scooby on the twisty stuff. If your happy to drive around in a shed then fair play to you. Why are you even here?

And of course I know what a Street sleeper is. There are so many other decent cars you could create a 'street sleeper' out of, rather than a boxy old Vauxhall shed.

That's what you do already so why mentioning it?? On top of that you drive the ultimate street sleeper that IS mass-produced from recycled fridges, so you have the best from both worlds.
honestly, is this board really going down the drain? I mean it's not really that helpful, but on top of that all those Nova, Sierra and Escort guys that come here just to tell us how they beat a Subaru? What is so bad about them anyway? Do you guys get xenophobic or what?
A shame, really.....and sorry for all you RS, nova people, your car never had the success and following like Impreza'a and Lancer's (worldwide that is not UK only) and will never have.
So, go to your respective board and tell these people how you beat standard Subaru's, Evo's and 700 bhp Skyline's, at least they will believe it and be happy about it.
