if so , it will be me and the missus + maybe 2 kids (4 & 2) unless i can convince me mum to babysit

Three adults and a sprog with one WRX from NE Hants.
Three possible further Scoobs heading over from Middx, so it looks as though you have your numbers now.

Crispin is on the A332 Windsor Road. You go out of Ascot down past the racecourse and over the 2 mini roundabouts, then carry on towards Windsor. The Crispin is about a mile down on the left hand side, just on a gentle left hand bend.

If you get to a kidney-shaped roundabout you have gone too far. Its marked PH on the map here

Also, from talking to Scott W earlier it looks like the BBQ is not going to happen due to circumstances beyond our control, so I think that we will have the usual 25% off the food menu.

Chris_D that is probably the very same pub

As Dave mentioned due to circumstances outside of our control it looks as though the BBQ will not happen.

However as Dave also mentioned, we will still get our normal 25% discount on the food. Bring on the Chocolate Fudge cake!!

Anyway, brings this nicely back to the top, and Karen and I will see you guys on Thursday.

I need a volunteer (sp?) at this meeting.

I have a funny noise in the car which I think is coming from the dump valve.

Also I need to look a what people have done with heat shields around after-market downpipes

Any one?

Scott

After you mentioned chocolate fudge cake, the misses now wants to come. Can you add two more to your list of attendees?

So that we can prewarn the pub, how many of you will be wanting to eat a meal (and choc fudge cake )

They usually give us one end of the pub but i am concerned that will not be enough.

unfortunately i will not be able to make this one, bit of a bummer as it would have been the first time i managed to convince her indoors to come.

I forgot that i had a 'management do' to attend thursay afternoon/evening, and was kindly reminded by my collegues yesterday (first day back at work for 4 weeks). If you see my profile you will understand why i will not be able to 'get out of it' as easily as people in ordinary jobs

kind regards
and enjoy the meet

I suppose we could recreate the opening scene from the Fast and the Furious... anyone up for a spot of drag racing on the road between Windsor and Datchet alongside the river?
