They had combed the grass in the wrong direction...

I took my hand of the tv whilst smoking a *** - they lost their 'good vibes'

the grass was cut to grade 4 instead of grade 3.

The earth was spinning in the wrong direction.

they hadn't had their kit washed since the last game and it stank.

they didn't expect to make it that far and had ran out of clean underwear (not to mention the wifes being there too)

the goals were not wide enough - by about 50 feet.

they didn't cuddle the ref enough.

Its all over now anyway - but why does it matter - I hate football with a vengence - I only watch because it was the world cup and everyone else did.

The problem I have with all this is none of you are real

Im very patriotic so why do you say its false.i didnt see the match today(work commitments but saw the news) but enjoyed flying my flag, which ill keep flying and cheering our only team in the world cup.

The thing about scoobynet is there are a lot of real football supporters on here who enjoy a bit of banter during the season and we managed to get our own forum for the world cup and its amazing how it has been turned into a slagfest by the scots!! there are plenty of footy forums on the net for small minded people like you who just want to rip into everyone else. The majority of us footy fans are hoping the forum will remain for the premiership so we can have our light hearted fun, your sort of rubbish just degenerates everything to your level and lessens our chance.

I dont profess to be fluent, but then again I dont get really upset at the sight of another home country doing well and feel I have to try and rile them and use the language of the country that beat them, im clever enough already thanks, I only do that once theyve wound themselves up enough, with effect, obviously.
