Controlled by a device, hardly. Using devices to do stuff, guilty. Mine has a great stopwatch, is timing bad too?

I've just cycled 18 miles for my fish supper, loaded up from my Wahoo Elemnt into Strava, shared via Facebook to let everyone know how well I've done

Usual work day today: 13,974 steps (9.9km), and office drones wonder why I can eat like an 'oss and not go to a gym yet still don't put on weight.

Not that I track my activity at all, oh no no no

Just did similar. 25km mostly towpath, loaded to Strava - no Facebook boast - and about to smash a plate full of cod and cheesy chips.
