Why is religion a subject if there is no science or proof to back it up? Parents still force their children to go to Church on Sundays, hardly a choice.
Why do the majority of MP/un-elected Lords swear allegiance on a Bible (insert various religious scripts) to The Queen if it is non secular?

All the mainstream broadcasters have Christian biased news coverage - Christmas, Sunday Songs of Praise is never outside the Christian faith, Easter etc etc

 

So does the Christian Bible.

 

Daily business in both the Commons and the Lords begins with morning prayers.

Also, as you point out the Queen is 'Defender of the [Church of England] Faith.

I get knocks on the front door from Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormon Missionaries, Giving me leaflets and asking me to join there Church meetings.

When walking in my local Town Centre I have been approached by a Christian Street Preacher on many occasions, In a polite manner I have told him that I do not wish to talk to him. He still tries to stop me and talk to me, refuses to take no for a answer.

For many years now there have been 2 Mormon Missionaries walking around my local Town Centre trying to stop people and talk to them.

In the past during the month of Ramadan I have had a leaflet with a DVD from a Local Church dropped through my letter box. Informing me as it is the month of Ramadan that I should watch a DVD about Jesus Christ.

All this "muslims are no better, nor worse than other religions" belies the FACT that SOME MUslims are actively trying to kill people in the West simply because westerners refuse their fairy story.

The trouble with many so-called Christians is they haven’t a clue about what Christianity professes to be about.

If he had the vaguest inkling on the teachings of Christianity he’d have known the ‘correct’ response would have been to ‘turn the other cheek’.

 

My parents were proud of me, but have been dead years.
