Literally just got in from a Jimmy Carr gig. Brilliant as always. Also saw Greg Davies a while back. Well worth a watch.

Eddie Murphy is decent, Delirious (iirc) had me in stitches. I'm a massive fan of most tbh, absolutely love Lee Evans, Billy Connolly etc........even Chubby Brown when I was growing up, watching him when I shouldn't have

Any tory MP, especially Phillip Hammond`s latest "no unemployed in Britain" sketch. Hysterical.

Have you even listened to the rest of the interview. Listen to the 30 secs leading up to where he says it. Standard press blowing it completely out of proportion. I initially thought that is was the most absurd statement ever spoken by a politician (which is saying something), then I actually listened to it.

I've yet to see a female comedian that is even remotely amusing. I just don't think females have that certain something to do comedy, cant put my finger on it though.

Everytime I re-watched it back in the day, I would laugh even harder. It truly is hilarious observational stuff...brought into sharp focus with his fantastic impersonations/voices/role-playing, etc.

Raw was good, too.

Although written by a man (which genuinely surprised me after I had read it), it reads a like bra-burning episode written by Germaine Greer. Not a bad article though.

I can honestly say that a woman has never made me properly laugh out loud or cry with laughter, or even laugh with conviction.

His laboured Scouse voice really grates. Can't listen to him.

Plus, like Jenny Eclair, he seems to think volume = comedy.

I try to find the good in people, but that endeavour’s fruitless when it comes to this man. Yes, his absurd accent, but also his obscene teeth and nauseating propensity to perform good works. I’d actually rather listen to a female ‘comedian’ than this happy-go-lucky Merseysider.
