If its any consolation Ive recently had the same experience with another broker. After a crash on the side of a motorway, I phoned to see what my options were and they said theyd send an email for someone to call, who didnt. And the UKs premier breakdown service said I was probably far away, which is odd because they didnt mention that when differentiating themselves from the RAC.
