I have received the dampers but I have orders for a classic but is this good I have got dampers for a gda/gdb.

 

hi, are these suitable for alloy bonnets (classic facelift 1998-2001).. read some posts about the dampers being too strong and bending the bonnets if you are not carefull when closing them. thanks

 

I used the fitting kit to reuse my Tein struts on my carbon bonnet as these were too stiff.

It does say on instructions not to use with carbon fibre bonnets. Heard a few people on here used them on classic Aluminium ones ok. But i'd get a second opinion on that.

Saying that all WRX and STI newage bonnets are Aluminium.
