Neither are very complicated bits of kit, a rubber disc seal and a spring basically. lol. There isn't a lot to choose between them, unless you can get a stiffer spring on the forge unit to allow it to hold more boost at idle? Possible.

 

I just went with what my mapper suggested. Harvey also approved.
