I've started a new thread and called it Cheshire non Performance. I'm trying to get everyone they have ripped off to fight this battle together I have some information that can strip the limited liability off them and so leaves the directors, managers, and partners completely responsible for the court action and costs

Why do you hide behind your staff when I ask to speak to you????
And when I ask you staff for your name, why won't they tell me it and they always refer to you as; the director, he or him ?????????????????????????

Ye iv seen the company house thing. It was Ali that signed for the letter I sent.
Does this Ali sell the cars with that Mike??
Just trying to work out who's who and what things they have to do with the business.
There was another guy in the sales office called Ed I think.

Ali doesn't sell the cars as such no, I saw him a few times, always seemed nice enough.
He was polite and always said he would make sure the car is spot on for me.
Everyone refered to Ali as the boss, Mike always did and ciara always has.
There's another in sales called Adam too

Think about it like this...
you would seriously be needing to getting paid a substantial wedge of cash as wages to work for a person/company whos primary focus is ripping people off. Do they make that much? does the average person/worker really want ALL that stress in their lives? not to mention the Karma?

You do realise that eventually CP will disappear and they will move onto a different company name,possibly go into a different marque of car and continue ripping folk off. They will keep going until it all turns sour and move on....no justice in this country and looks to be easy to do. Look at KTC/motorhub,they are selling lambos and are just as bad,if not worse the CP

If any of the members gets a offer from Cheshire Performance to buy there car, and they accept, they could in some way sabotage the car so as it drives off the oil starts to drain from the car etc.

One time when I asked for the director to get In touch, Adam emailed me back saying he was the director and had director written after his name at the bottom of the email.

They are so better off, just holding their hands up and say sorry they made a mistake and the will sort everything that need sorting.
After all it's not like they have any pride left. So at least that would be a start to get some pride back.

Start from scratch, sign up to all the forums, post the story and the links, sign up to all the facebook forums that CP and Mike Salesmanager are part of (`ll listed on their facebook pages), start posting links and stories. People will come. So will some haters, so be prepared for the war.
Their little world will eventually come shattering down if you do things properly.
