Im lost on your point here, i merely pointed out that carcnut just regurgitates **** he has read and passes it off as advice with no real experience, which is odd as he must have read countless threads about the 2.5 but spent weeks arguing it was all made up before changing his username.

Tell em you'll remove it after you've been refunded. Wouldn't trust em as far as I could throw em. Shysters

if thast their excuse for not sorting it then they realy are a bunch of clowns. if they stood up, paid you the money thread would have a reasonable ending for them, instead they are making themselves look even worse by trying to cover up whats cracked off.

Yes but that would be the behaviour of sensible business man but it's obvious these muppets haven't got a clue how to run a business properly, otherwise there wouldn't be so many threads about them. I think I might start a thread about them and see what they'll give me to remove it.

If they said that, get it in writing Legally, they would be in serious trouble, holding your car to ransom over a thread about how they are mugging you off. Brilliant.

Cheshire Performance just got worse! Didn't think it was possible!

I've got it all in emails chaps.

After taking my bank details yesterday as I haven't abided by there blackmailing rules I've received no funds or even an email reply today.

If they had any sense they would settle this the correct way as a good business would. Deleting this thread won't change the outcome, at the end of the day they will be forever known on here as a dodgy rogue trader.

The only way to salvage some respect is to give me a full refund, I've still wasted £500 in expenses but that would resolve the matter and certainly give future prospective buyers some faith in them.....

I sincerely hope this thread isn't deleted. And they're fools if they think they can hide their shady practices from the internet.

But did they then sort out your problems?

If i was the op i would ask for the thread to be taken down, you don't owe us or anyone else anything, look after number one and give it your best go.

I've started a new thread and called it Cheshire non Performance. I'm trying to get everyone they have ripped off to fight this battle together I have some information that can strip the limited liability off them and so leaves the directors, managers, and partners completely responsible for the court action and costs

I think you should amend the title to just Cheshire Performance, for the purpose of Google searches.
