Thelaw have you put them in court?
Not yet, my solicitor has advised me to get the repair work done and claim back expenses lost.

They haven't got a chance in court because I have really good evidence of the faults on the car and the length of time they have been there all done at the VW main dealers.

Cheshire Performance had a complany call Lawgistics send me a letter full of lies, saying I have made a number of unreasonable demand and unreasonable timescale for them to reply. Bollocks!!! We all know how Cheshire performance work on their never coming timescale.

They are also saying that I have start a campaign to bring their clients reputation into disrepute. People have been complaining publicly about Cheshire performance long before I bought a car from them, I am just 1 of many complaints that all have similar context.

The only people sending them in to disrepute is Cheshire performance, their staff, the unroadworthy cars and their absolute s**t service.

They could maybe call it Cheshire Trade Centre or Cheshire Sports and Performance?

No word of a lie I am GOBSMACKED at their defence, it's truly laughable.

Would I really not keep the evidence?

Please guys, consider all the reviews before dealing with these guys

Too wrap this up, after all this time we had a court hearing, Ali admitted things were handled badly and some bad staff were dismissed. He promised to pay my money, including court costs and expenses asap.

He did just that with no qualms at all.

So it's all settled now

Awesome to hear!

Hopefully they will clean up their act, or at least this sets the motions for all the others ripped off by them to move forward with court action.

Was it Director Mike? Or Ali/Amir/his wife whoever is the director these days in the dock?

Well done mate.

Glad it is resolved.

But he clearly knew he had no leg to stand on and I guess, just thought you would drop the case.

Well done on you for keeping it at. He should have done all of this at the very beginning.

Glad that you've got the right outcome Baz. I hope that the other poster gets the same result.

It would be nice to think that this may be a turning point for the jokers but i doubt it.

Just read through this. Shocking stuff.

Really sorry that I stepped onto their forecourt now.

So that's 2 threads directly about them totaling over 26,000 views on the same forum within just a couple of months.
