I am thinking he has received your payment but if you ever see the items you paid for is another matter ( I paid for something 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my items)

I have bought bits off gooner in the past and had no trouble, quick delivery and descent parts. Maybe somethings up with him?

accept it you have been taken up the wrong un dry, should of used paypal non gift method of payment .

I think there must be a problem as Gooner is a nice fella I'm not vouching or condoning any break down in the sale but I'd be very surprised if this isn't sorted.

 

Would be a good idea of getting some sort of list of who and what it is we are waiting for. The fact he was online the other day at 5am is a bit insulting as if there is a genuine reason then just a quick heads up is only a bit of common decency in my eyes

i paid for the air filter over 2 weeks ago and still nothing through the Mail

the most annoying thing for me is when this happens with ebay selling all you get on the forum is well that's the problem with using ebay you should know better so you buy from people on here who you think you can trust and they turn out to be just the same

 

Yeah is a shame people misuse the trust of other users on forums, perhaps he's busy with work/ family, I'll give it a couple more days then start thinking about getting my money back

 

At least on ebay you get a refund.

 

Only because the paypal fees are paid. If people did the same with all purchases then there wouldn't be a problem.
The trouble begins when people try to save a few pence and send money as paypal gift.

I do agree in it is asking for trouble paying outside of PayPal but like others have stated Gooner 1 said he didn't have PayPal so it's bank transfer only. Scoobynet has a lot of genuine like minded members so I placed my trust in him.. And the comments saying there must be a genuine reason, I understand things happen but fact is there are 6 of us waiting for paid parts and he logged on without any decency of a message to anyone. No excuse for that in my eyes and I have found out he is actually committing fraud, so a list of who and what is missing needs to be drawn up

 

1. flame_on Towing eyes £25 paid 1st October

 

2.scottyk24 £18 turbo timer paid Sept 25th

 

3 Nikon-man number plate holders paid £12-50 sept 23rd

 

i heard hes gone to vegas to spend a sudden windfall.
if it helps ive got for sale all the above items, but only by bank transfer as i dont have a paypal account honest guv
