But you miss the point its not just about me and my car and my money lost its about everyone who`s had dealings that have gone sour with this man and more importantly moving forward that it does not happen to anyone else. Its what really pushed me to start the thread.

More than 2 people 8 uptil now and whether you think there "Chav" cars is nither here or there it is no better than dodgey builders and they are always in the papers and on rogue traders on TV so what's the Difference?......There isn't one.

He was at my house 2 nights ago returning my 205 Gti I sold him 7wks ago but he couldn't afford to pay me so I asked for it back and he returned it within 24hrs!!! He's got my mates impreza whom introduced me to him after we went to his (Marc's) house to get some stuff done to his car. We ran into legit problems but we couldn't complete it that night so we left it with him. He's been promising it back day after day but has had one thing after another go wrong but so say has replaced/upgraded things for him all free of charge. Marc has since moved and I have his new address but have not been there to confirm it. I also have his mobile number but he never answers calls and is slow most days answering text. All I can say is thank **** he's returnedy 205... He's even fixed stuff that needed doing on it. Please don't ask me for his details as my mate after reading this thread is giving him till the morning to answer his calls text before he too calls the police. The only heads up I can give you is that he lives near Gloucester.

Thanks for the info mate and I'm glad you've got your 205 back, I saw at his Uly address about 3/4 weeks ago. I'm also glad that your friend is acting ASAP as he would of been his victim. It goes to show that this thread is doing it job of creating awareness so others don't suffer.

Hes good ill give him that but I can't see him messing you about now with all this going on I suppose and you living by him but I can guarantee if you had not posted on this thread it would of gone the same way! Good luck. This thread has helped someone at least. He knows we and the police are on to him now so for a while he'll be a good boy but it won't last mark my words. But I'm amazed really after listening to all these stories on here that your prepared to trust him! Your friend should get his car back in his possession ASAP!

Have you been able to contact the other persons that have apparently been conned by this guy?
If there are details regarding the amounts lost (£50k) I would be looking up who lost the most and working from there, I have no idea what you personaly stand to lose but, if I had lost 50k I would be more than happy to help find the guy.
Oh and "I/we've spoken to Marc tonight and we're gonna give him the benefit of the doubt..."

How far does the guy have to push you lot .... I would have been looking for the return of my property and cash on the spot. If not I would have had pics of him, his house, and any cars on his property posted on here and a lengthy visit to the local plod.

It was me that started the thread last time and had to have it pulled ( won't go in to the finer )

JDMYO where you based? As we went to a garage where he found work to pick up our engine (type R) and I know other owner of the Evo well, he's a local boy to me. You really don't know half of what this flucker has been up to.
A few of us met last time regarding this **** up in Ross on Wye and some of the stories! We had our property back!
This guy really is a piece of work stupid fool threatened me with the police, he's also had a few hidings.
He sent us a video of "our car" all running and flying about, turns out it's a video of the P1 that's still missing in this thread and our car had not been touched, but like Simons was sat in a dusty shed pulled to pieces with bits missing.
Called us all the way to membury services one day "car all done ready to pick up" arrive there with low loader sat around hours for him to bring a number plate and wheels off the car WTF! Apparently had a lock up behind the services he was using with light aircraft in. Couldn't take us there as there was a "rolling code" on the alarm and the guy hadn't sent the new code! Fair to say I started to lose my temper rather sharpish at this point. He always arrives with his child imho putting them in danger as people who have dealings with him just want to pull his head off and shìt down his neck. He's even left his child alone with us whilst he's gone to do something, guy lives in lala land.

I now have a unit in USK where I'm building and running race/rally cars and also doing street cars.
I finished the black EVO a after the customer got it back as Marc ****ed him over to.

What car has he got and does it have any nice bits? If so kiss them good buy for a long long time, probably better off just kissing them goodbye altogether! It's his decision but it's the wrong one!

If anything inside your pals head is telling him to go get it I'd be on the way there now, why not just pop over and see if the car is where he says it is for a start, he should have no issues with that.
Also I find it funny that most of us who have met him thinks he recently moved or is moving, I call BS and he just don't want people sniffing around the areas he's just shown you with lots of nice shinny parts as you put it.
About time things came to an end with him and for his victims.

You mean like a " Scooby meet " and drive day ?
A couple of " on the go " barbecue packs , some burgers and sausages , job done ! Maybe even camp out in his garden !
