Nah, definately not.

The media are just doing the usual on this.
For example onthe BBC news this morning, some bint saying that they've just spent 60mill on a player, and was it worth it - tne new player had **** all to do with last night.

Very true.

I think they were jumping on the bandwagon of a few tweets from pundits tbh. He's expensive, and a Real Madrid cast off.....naturally any player leaving there at big money must be overpriced on account of Real being SO PAID.

I think UTD will turn it around tbh

Well I think they'll turn it around with LVG.
Problem now is their confidence is at an all time low.

Seriously WTF is happening to our club

I no longer recognise it from the club I've been supporting for 43 years, we're just like any other cash rich football club where the manager gets to play fantasy football in real life. Falcao being the cherry on the cake.

I'd have thought a couple of centre backs would have been the priority.

Don't think I'd complain if we signed Falcao, but trying to just outscore your opponents is going to end badly. We tried and failed.

Not sure he's going down the outscore road.
RVP needs some kind of surgery as far as I know, so he could replace him?

And Wenger obviously wouldn't splash the cash, it's the only forward I wanted him to sign. He will do the usual boll0cks there wasn't anyone available blah blah blah when in fact Falcao and Cavani were for the taking.

It's an excellent signing although may p!ss of Rooney or RVP as you can't play all 3 unless LVG totally loses the plot!

I'm hoping Spurs sign that new Polish keeper Mr B. Rick Wall sometime soon.

Played well yet took a fisting again. Oh well.

I heard it put perfectly today.

Di Maria is the Icing, Falcao is the cherry, we're just missing the bloody cake

Best thing about transfer deadline day,get to drool over Natalie Sawyer.

Utd must be paying Falcao a small fortune to swap Monaco for Manchester.

Times change.
I'm just happy they've purchased some decent players.
Now we need Shaw fit, Rojo's work permit sorted and get stuck in

I think Welback may surprise Arsenal, don't think it was a wise move for United, hes a hard working player

I always liked Welbeck, but what chance was he ever going to get of a start given recent circumstances.
I think he'll do well at Arsenal, just hope he doesn't score any goals when United play them!

To be fair - in all probability good for Arsenal and good for England - so reasonably happy

And a hatrick coming in his first game against Uniched

I hope I am proved wrong and he turns out to be the central striker we need as long as Wenger plays him there and doesn't stick him out on the left.
