Default STi 2005 Type UK Replacement Discs & Pads

Hi - any advice appreciated please!

My 2005 STi needs new front discs and pads all round. I only use it at weekends, less than 2000 miles / year and don't do any track days etc.

A quote from a Subaru Dealer was £2000 for direct replacements of OEM Brembo kit but I'm looking at spending less than half that including fitting

There's an array of options out there (EBC, Black Diamond etc) and I'm struggling....!

Thanks

Lenny

I just put oem disks on mine and regret not going up a level. I have been using the Performance Friction Z pads for 4 years and they have been great. I did burn one set on a track day but for daily/ weekend road driving they are perfect. Have a word with alyn at AS and he'll help. The dba t2 with z pads all round were £650, my set were £450.
