Brake disc help/advice

Could somebody on here please confirm whether brembo discs from a 2012 Sti 5x114 will fit an 05 blob widetrack?

Whilst I got your attention. Need discs and pads all round on the scooby, what do you recommend? I dont track at all so fast road I guess.
