Default Rear brake help

Hi Guys, Im just starting to fix a few issues with my scooby. since i bought it the brakes have been vague, not that great for 4 pots on the front with dimpled and grooved disc with fast road kevlar pads. now looking at the backs its evident that something is wrong, i'm defiantly replacing the discs and pads but can you someone confirm that this is also a caliper issue. and if so what to do about it? can i get a rebuild kit for these?

Pistons push onto the centre of the pad, so that irregular wear would suggest a pad issue, not a caliper issue to me.

You can get the calipers rebuilt (either do it yourself of send them off to AS/Godspeed etc). However, I'd get them off and inspect the pads first.

Thanks, This has happened on both sides on the rear, the wear is identical. can you recommend a good set of discs and pads?
