Refurbished Classic STI shocks

Does anyone do refurbished STI shocks?

My rears are knocking and need doing.

I've read its easy to do anyone seen a step by step guide?

If you dont have all the tools then bilstein uk will do them for you for about £100 a strut.

Update.

I bought a tub of lithium grease and rubbed some onto the offending strut. Problem solved, all noises gone and much smoother!

I'll do all the others soon.
