Default ALK + adjustable top mounts

purchaed BC's with pillowball mounts for adjustment and also a set of alloy front arms in my quest to handle like on rails

should i fit an ALK on the arms or just polybush the fitting? £20 vs £150

will i see the diffence from the ALK at all or can i get the same from the adjustment on the suspension?

thanks

wrighty

The ALK adds static & dynamic castor, the cheap version is to swap the top mounts from left to right and use them to increase castor instead of camber. If camber still needs increasing, use bolts.

No, you can do the top mount swap to get loads of castor, OR buy an ALK and leave the tops to adjust camber only.

Std road cars run a few (4-7) degrees of castor, but pukka track cars run 10 degrees or so.

Mine's still a road car so I haven't gone that far yet !
