Default Hawkeye full suspension on bugeye

Hi all

I just Got a hawkeye were i might swap the complete suspension/drivetrain/ front and rear hawkeye exterior over to a bugeye

Is the frames the same ?
Front subframe and rear subframe ?

Can i take the complete front and rear frames with suspension arms/brakes and all and bolt it on the

I Got a tired bugeye wrx that needs it all to get up again,
And then today i Got a hawkeye sti with a blown engine

In Denmark there is a craisy tax on cars and that tax is payed on the bugeye but not on the hawkeye
So I''m thinking of stripping the hawkeye for all parts, complete front and rearend and drivetrain
Dont know if thats to insain , but here i have to pay around 12-15000£ to get numberplates for the hawkeye
And if i build it onto the bug i just need a new paintjob 😊

Thanks

The front subframe is different so you would need the front subframe, alloy arms, struts and hubs.
At the rear you can use the bug subframe if you want but you would need a minimum of the hubs and struts. If you change to the hawk rear subframe you could use the hawk alloy lateral arms which are slightly longer, driveshafts, hubs and struts.

Thanks

I have been looking at the hawkeye and have come to the conclution
That it would be a shane to break it as its really Nice

So I''m going to to build a new forged engine for it in stead as this is the problem the car have

thanks
