Engine, brakes and running gear is worth more than that on its own

Is it on the logbook as a sti-prodrive? Or just the ppp package?

For the sake of £3/500 to put it right you should fix it pal, then you have a £6.5k car.

Prodrive bugs in black are VERY desirable and don't come up too often, even with that milage it's a £6/7k car all day long if it's been looked after.

£350 gets you a vf35 from one of the breakers on here, then get it detailed and as already said you have a very desirable car to sell.

This is my second STI my hawk is in the garage for the winter so dont need the bug.
I realise that it is peanuts for a turbo but all my spare cash is going into my house at the moment and to be honest I've not got the time or inclination to fix it.
If it dosent sell I will just leave it on the drive as long as my missus will let me and maybe fix it in the new year.

Like I said if it doesn't sell I will put a turbo on it and sell it for more, thought I would give somone else the option to fix it first

Does anyone know how many black prodrive styled bugs were made?
I have read 100 just wondering if that's true?

That's the story. A few years ago someone did a thread on Blue/Black Prodrive bugs, fewer than 50 left if I remember rightly.

Who replaced the head gaskets and when, why did the gaskets fail. What's the turbo issue, is it burning oil, can the car be driven or does it need to be trailered away. Thanks, Richard.
