2dr, 4dr? Year? WRX or STI?
What condition are the arches in? Is it an Ebay forged engine or a real forged engine?
Many questions to be answered before you can get a clear answer lol...

400 in a classic with suspension/brakes to match and good looks will set you back at LEAST 10k if your starting with a standard car

Reliable 400bhp classic which looks good, handles well and stops even better...
10K plus the car minimum.

Very far from finished! It needs wheels (I'm on 16"s), front brakes (I'm on 4 pots), coilovers, poly bushed rear, front anti rollbar, 2.3 short motor, bigger turbo etc etc and I'm already at 420bhp at 1.6 bar and looking for 450 at 1.8! It's non stop
That's what I like about my M3, it's pretty much standard and I don't feel the need to keep modifying it
Granted it's not that quick
Subaru's are like a drug! They are very addictive
