Default Best brake fluid?

Hi all, Could anyone tell which brake fluid would be best for road use with some track use, I will be having performance friction front discs and pad’s with grooved rear discs, performance friction pad’s and Hel brake lines.
So looking for advice on what people would recommend, I had a look at some but have no idea.
Will be grateful for any help

Don't buy based on the DOT rating.

Motul RBF600 is very good and is what I use in mine.

Can also supply grooved discs, PF pads and HEL lines also if you want pricing up. Just PM, email aztecperformance@gmail.com or call 01462 488244.

Dot4, as recommend by Subaru.

ATE "Super Blue" / "Typ200", it works and keeps water out for a long time.

The viscosity is the right value...resist temptation to buy a fancy pancy "ESP specific" fluid as it will be half the viscosity, and likely leak past the seals in the MC.

A fully synth dot 4 can be better than a dot 5, so as Bob said, dont go by the dot rating.

HI
Dot 5 is more a competition based fluid and something I would not recommend putting into a road car , I would get a good quality Dot 5.1 fluid as this is a high performance fluid aimed at road cars , its something I have always used in my rally car so can take a lot of abuse

I can supply you a litre which is enough to flush the whole car through and have some left over for £9.50 plus P&P
