Sun, best bet: Clean dash area that you are mounting it to with Mets or White Spirit to remove grease or any cleaning products that have been used on the dash and then pop along to a motor shop like halfords and ask for some Mirror Pads. Very strong and just hold the two points of contact together for a while

My Nokia kit has a screwless mounting bracket - slides down between console surround and console shelves.

Question

I know something about this was posted a while back but as there is no search function i cant find it.

Anyhow, the question is,

I have a Ericsson T28S HCA-10 car kit purchased from CPW, i need to get it installed (free if i book it to be done before the 15th) and i wanted to know if the phone holder can be mounted without drilling any holes?. IIRC someone mentioned something about having brackets that go round the stereo casing?

Please advise asap.

Cheers

Sunil

Yes you need to let the company know fitting it that you want a screwless bracket.
