For £1500, I'm happy! Needs a few bits doing, but being under half the price of most it leaves me a little left over to sort things out in my own time.

Cheers guys.

The arches are ok. Solid on one side, and a slight bubble on the other. The sills are solid. There is a couple of small patches by the sunroof too. Hopefully, if funds allow, that'll be a job over winter.

It's a one owner car. The guy who owned it was in his mid sixties who originally had it as a company car. Fully Subaru stamped until 110k and independent thereafter, with a folder of receipts. Cambelt changed at 96k - "it had whatever needing done to it, whenever it needed it" he said. Always nice to buy a car from someone like that!

I've got these wheels but recently refurbished them and had them done in anthracite, but the silver really complements the mica blue

Very nice, I was looking at this last night. Apart from the few issues you've mentioned i'd leave it cosmetically as it is.

Like mine only I've got the gold wheels. I had my arches fixed, not cheap but they do start to go quite quickly once the bubbles show. A great car which I use once or twice a week - a remap sorts out any mid range hesitation (contact Duncan, he visits Surrey Rolling Road (in Hampshire!) regularly).
