I like it but would not have one .
The thing about reps is when you get to the right age why get a rep . Yes if your 19/21 but not when you are in your 30/40 . Get the real thing .
& yes there are some good reps out there and most would not no it's a rep but you would .
As for this rep don't you still have to tell the insurance what you have done to the mr2 . Or would most just not tell them .
Mmmmm
That a good Q how meany members would tell the insurance that there gx has a wrx kit ,or what ever car u have is a rep.
Or would most of u just not tell them . From what I no if u have a rep the insurance would be about the same as the real thing . Or is that not the case .
Anyone

RS Matt, I'd love to know what modifications are needed to get a sport up to 250bhp.

If you own a sport, fair play, each to their own. But is not what people usually by an Impreza for.

250+bhp with matching torque vs 150bhp?
I know what I'd rather have!

its not the yanks do tune the n/a to 250ish bhp but its expensive and ultimately pointless as a turbo car is already there.

the n/a ej25 is more or less the same engine minus a turbo anyway

Really? I thought the liners, heads and crank shafts were quite a bit different.

more or less, i.e. nothing special or vastly different. its still a 2.5 4 pot boxer engine like all the others minus a turbo.

so whats the point of tuning it to turbo levels at great cost.

Yes pointless, and the uk versions non turbo classic are 2.0 8v engine so not the same as standard uk turbo which is twin cam 16v, so would need a tone of tuning to get anywhere near 170bhp let alone 220bhp
