What does WHY? mean in an advert???

This has bugged me for a while now so I'm hoping someone can put me out of my misery & finally tell me what it really stands for.

Sometimes when someone is selling a car they put at the end of the advert something like...

Part Ex WHY?

What the hell does WHY? mean?

'What Have You' is the best meaning I can come up with but that don't sound right.

Your guess is correct - WHY means What Have You - i.e. what do you have.
