Default Diesel treatment/Octane Boosters

I was wondering is it worth putting this in a modern diesel?

Something like:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MILLERS-ECOMAX...item563999866c

I fill up with regular Shell diesel at the pumps.

Like all of these things .... complete, utter, 100% waste of money - but, there are always the gullible and stupid to keep sales alive

The diesel treatment that DOES work, is Forté. Ebay is usually the cheapest.

It really smoothes out the running of a diesel. Try one bottle and i guarantee you'll notice the difference. It doesn't claim to perform miracles, but it makes driving a diesel much nicer. Try it.

I'd worry about what it does in the long term.

I used to use Millers Diesel Sport 4 in my old Fabia vRS. Definitely made a difference, for the better. Smoother and would rev out harder too.
