Why would you want to?
A superchargers rotors are driven by a mechanical drive. The boost level is a simple ratio of the rpm of the engine, unlike a turbo which takes time to spin up.

S'pose you'd still get the issue of pressure build up between the impellor and throttle, so maybe it's necessary to protect the blades depending on the design of the 'charger. No idea TBH... although I bet they want it to go pssssst just like a bus opening the doors

Never actually said it was for either my car or a car belonging to a friend...
Just having a wee discussion (read: arguement ) with my friends about whether or not it would be possible to do it or not.
Thankyou for the replies.
