They were originally supercharged, but turbos are more efficient at developing the same power. We had one with a SC and it made a great noise!

Thats not bad for acceleration and in towns, at roundabouts, etc they are great fun. That was without the remap

It won't be anywhere near as quick though mate.

I've just given mine the full Litchfield Stage 2 treatment. Over 450bhp now....... goes like the ****ing clappers and sounds like a GRP B Rally Car. You sold out just now the A45 scene is starting to get interesting.


Anyway.....

Be good to see some pictures of your new beast mate..... I do rather like the Mini. I'm sure you'll love it and perhaps you'll keep this one!!

Of course it won't , should be fun though with the power been low down. Tomorrow she goes, I removed everything today and gave her a hug. It's been fun but novelty has worn off, to me it was just burning a hole in my pocket. I need to move house so money's best spent there, and at least the kids will look up to there dad and thank them it's not Blackpool this year but Disney LOL

I've just put my Litchfield Tuning Box up for sale mate. If it goes over the weekend, I'll give you a nod over the Becker. I don't actually need it, but I'll buy it if I sell the TB.


Yes mate... Stage 2 has utterly transformed the car and wasn't slow before.

Litcho took it out with me when we had finished mapping. He said it now feels like a tuned mini GTR.

A45's good craic, i've only driven one for about an hour or so, but it felt like it always seemed in the wrong gear, and you end up using the paddles?

How much for the tuning box? What power does it give? easy to install?

Tuning box was sold within a few hours of being put up for sale. They can be purchased new from Litchfield @ £600 inc vat. They are easy to install.

I've still got the roof rack and bike rails if anybody wants them, rails never used still in box roof rack was used for 5 mins to get some ladders from me dads... All brand new looking.
