Looks awesome but I have heard it will have no more than around 260bhp.
With the high weight of modern cars that will not correspond to explosive performance, unfortunately.

If they ever make the one that was at the motorshow begining of the year, I'll be begging, stealing and borrowing. Imagine if it was a little mini R35 GTR with 4wd and DSG style gearbox. I've been looking at the Golf R and A45 AMG a lot lately on you tube and it'd be superb if Nissan produced something similar in a new Pulsar GTi-R. Be great to have the 4wd turbo hatch which you can get 5 people in.

Very rare, the white ones in the UK. As the Japs kept hold of them for themselves (due to it being their national racing colour). That's why there are such a glut of black ones. Probably.
Unless of course they hardly made any in white lol
Relatively speaking, doesn't the GTIR have 'even more' of a chocolate engine and gearbox than the Subaru?

Lol, remember I have a spray gun.
This was a lightweight job no elec windows of any luxuries, was metallic grey before I painted it silver. I bought it with a destroyed engine, engines are just as old and worn as some subaru ones, not weak really.
Gearbags are rubbish too.
It under steered badly and wasn't that quick. But I can say I've owned one! Wanted one since I was at school

Well the last Nissan platform used by the Micra and Juke etc...WAS shared with Renault (Clio, Captur etc).
They are a bit more coy about the current platform's DNA, probably because Nissan see being related to Renault as a negative selling point.
Anyhoo Pulsar...as yet no mention of AWD = not interested. Would look better if there was a three door option too.
