Like everything, the more you use it the easier it becomes.
No problems at all, but this is the 3rd car I've had with it so I'm used to it.
This one is slightly different as it's interactive - you can write a letter on the top of it with your finger and it'll find contacts starting with that letter, and also when setting volume levels and light brightness - you just move your finger across it.
Bit of a gimmick but it actually works.

Not sure about it yet, tbh.
It's great in 'normal' mode as it shows the nav, entertainment info and speedo.
However, when I have the car in sports mode (which is all the time!) it only shows the M rev counter and speed.
Can't have anything else when it's in M.
It doesn't distract me though, and it's nice to be looking at the speed all the time.
I've also found the sports display on the nav screen.
Two digital dials (like a rev counter) that show the power and torque output.
Similar to the Nissan GTR one.

I had a 02 m3 smg as a daily for 8 weeks which i sold a couple of months ago. I really wanted to love it when i bought it but my 100% personal opinion of it after about 2 weeks of ownership was the biggest bag of **** that i have ever driven and ive driven some bags of **** in my time. I absolutely loathed it when i sold it mainly from such great expectations from hearing people banging on about how great they are. Im sure the these new ones are so much better or i would hope so anyway. **** i was dissapointed with it.
Saying that, your m3 is a completely different beast and looks the nuts.
