Default There is OCD and there is my girlfriend

She has always worried me with her obsessive nature, however I think she has finally flipped when I saw her doing this

I love her dearly, but I feel the time has come to find some professional help

This is extreme, but I'm sure someone in the self-help group will have washed something more bizarre!

My mates GF has OCD and it's not easy. I have some great stories!

Ahh modern diseases, I love the way they have cute abbreviations, like OCD, ADD, ADHD, PAD. Personally i`m hoping to get HDTV with DVD

I thought this was just some random pic you found on the net swish, but that keyring in the bowl, next to the pencil made me think again!

Give her a motorboat from me

It gets worse. This afternoon we went outside to rake up all the leaves in the back garden. She was so upset at the state of the grass that she suggested maybe getting the hoover out and hoovering the remaining leaves off the trees

(actually come to think of it, she has hoovered her lawn before )

Guy I used to work with had his bank cards in his wallet in alphabetical order, out on the pop one night his wife took his wallet, re-arranged his cards and hid one. He ran off to the corner of the pub and sulked once she eventually gave him his wallet back, and then threw his teddies when he couldn't find the missing card.

We never realised his OCD was so bad until that night, so next day we went into the office and rearranged all of his books and then sat and waited to see how long it was until he tidied them back up - he lasted 3-days

she cant be that OCD as there is soap bubbles on one of the cd's. I swear that any water shortage in our area is down to my wife.

She washes the plates with hot water then puts them in the dishwasher and if she washes them by hand she rises then in cold water before putting them on the draining board! Plus she wont put the dogs bowls in the dishwasher.

She drives me mad sometimes!

I was late for work one time, because I made the mistake of turning up in the car park at the same time as this guy who had OCD.

He would:
get out car
close door
open door
close door
open close
close door
push door
open door
close door
push door REALLY hard
lock door

repeat above (no, really)

unlock door
lock door

check ALL doors by trying handles
check boot
check all doors visually

unlock door
lock door
check all doors by trying handles
check all door visually

repeat door lock routine
twice

repeat from start

twice

IT TOOK AGES.

I know I shouldn't mock, and really I'm not... but it was utterly utterly fascinating

I was entranced

I explained to my boss... well I say explained. I got as far as "There was this guy with OCD in the car...."

and he said "yep. Got me the week before!"

thats mad .

my sister had it and she baffeled me sometimes.

turns the lights on and off multiple times before she succeeds in lighting a room lol

the best one was when i came home and all the taps were on full blast around the house . when i finally turned them off and asked why they were on she said she was letting the pressure out because it was choking the system lol she was barmy and alot of fun.

shes no longer around and i miss her madness so in my opinion let em get on with it because it makes people like me and u laugh and smile .

mags
