So long as the money is spent on road repairs and improvements (by that I mean to reduce congestion, not create it) and reduced bus/train fares.

And most of Glasgow Council's OWN vehicles were not LEZ compliant - so the Council paid a fortune to Hire vehicles to enter their own LEZ zone... (and still are) - you could'nt make it up....
And the Air Quality was proven in Glasgow to already be well above the required limits before the LEZ even started... hahahahaha
