Default Cheeky bugger

Just bought a phone for spares off ebay. ( I should have read feed back - it's all good, but its all bought ,not sold )

He rings me up, wants me leave positive feedback before I get phone, and as an incentivw, he'll slip tenner in with the package he should have sent today.

Because PayPal have stopped him buying other stuff ,as of now

It did, all as he said , Inc the tenner. Except it wasn't unlocked which under specifics it was.
But, come on, I wasn't going to give him feedback before I'd even got it. I have now ,all positive.

I'll spend the tenner on unlocking it!.
