Fixing kerb damage, scrapes, scratches and repaint etc. Just takes a little preparation and attention to detail. Plenty of videos about. Obviously if you want them powder coated, you are going to have to pay but I'm quite wary of that, given how many alloys I have seen crack after being baked too much.
Do they have much damage to them or does the paint just need a refresh?

If it's just paint then it's very simple; clean, degrease, inspect for any pitting or damage - if so, apply a couple of coats of primer, flatten back with 800/1200 wet'n'dry, 3 coats of colour, 3 coats of gloss. Take your time and not much to go wrong. Worst case scenario is that you aren't happy and you have to start again or simply pay a refurbisher (which you were going to do anyway).
£60 (maybe less) for 4 wheels as opposed to £300? And you get that warm glow personal achievement
Depends whether you are a hands-on diyer or it might not be your cup of tea.
