Know it well. From Stourbridge - downhill to a tightening left hander - that's always tighter than you remember.

It wasn't the 'Forester's bend' but almost outside the Rugby club where the road is not quite as straight as it looks

There is a slight left (Stourbridge approach) with sometimes tricky off camber undulations

He was found 'near the car' by passers by

R reg blue

I went past the tree yesterday which has flowers all over it now

Driven that road literally thousands of times

Very difficult reading it when i saw it in the paper, like you i drive that road every day.

From what i know (relative is in fire service that attended), it was a terrible impact.

He was going towards the rugby club at half 12 in sub zero conditions and went backwards into the tree (again from what i know). Perhaps the back end went light due to the change in camber and conditions, i don't know.

RIP anyway mate.
