Also not sure how great the geometry is going to be if driven like that? I would have thought it's stressing CV's etc.

I have always hated the VW stupid camber, too low, no suspension travel, tyres too small look so I guess I was never going to like it on a scoob.

I once watched a grown man cry as his Golf with airlift suspension (that had burst) was dragged onto the back of a recovery truck... wrecked his wheels and arches. He wanted the busy A road left closed while his mate drove around 150miles to fetch his original suspension which he would then change in the road.... suffice to say the Police were not fan of that idea and recovery it was....
Thats the whole point of air lift that you drive at a sensible height and then can dump it? And wouldn't you be upset if a car you had poured money and work into blew up in your face? Some bloke at japfests subaru caught on fire after he'd put some ridiculous money into it, could happen to any car.

Haven't posted anything in a while, haven't been up to a lot on the car, work getting in the way but bonus time means new wheels right?

Also if any of you were at Japfest 2 you may have seen it more like this...

Whats with all the stickers? Never really understood, why you'd want to plaster stickers over an expensive paint job.

Well at least you've done it to the right Impreza

Id leave the whole 'stanced' thing to the VAG lot though.

Yeah man that was me, I think if you look closely you can see the top of my mate very hung over from camping 😂 thanks man!

I do agree with the people saying its looking a bit VAG finding nice 5x100 wheels in the right fitment seems to be a right pain🙈

There was a lad on here few years back that had a non turbo classic and made a nice euro look car. Looked smart and was ok as has no performance anyway. He stripped it in the end put it back to standard and moved on.

That is probably the worst use of an Impreza since Vader.

As many have said on here, I'd personally leave all this stance stuff to the Dubway kids in their Golfs and Civic's (oh yeah, Civic's get done a lot round here). But it's your car, your money and your work so who am I to complain...

Cant remember the exact figure but 800-900 for 10 months with two years no claims! With admiral or elephant I think, one of that group definitly! Theyre quite cheap to insure I think as they're still to expensive for someone to hoon around stupidly in.

Also for whoever said, Im more of a dog person anyway 😂

I think I saw that one on here! Looked quite nice, the kit Im running has been tested against coilovers performance wise and came up top, the only thing it sucks at is offroading which I was never going to use this for anyway
