right people, the post is from something i have started on the p1woc just wanting to know if anyone else on here would be interested as the p1 is based on a type r!

i have been looking since i bought my p1 for a set of the door bump strips, searched high and low and cant seem to find any even in breakers yards. so i have been sending emails to a number of companies to see if i can get something rolling as i think that this is something that a high number of people would want if it was available the same as the number plaques.

please please please if you are interested please place your name on the list and keep adding by cut and pasting the list to your post then place your name on i am asking for this now as as and when a company wish to take it on they will as me for a guide to how many numbers i will be looking at and if i have no idea i will look stupid and they will not take the job on so it is in the best interest for you all to do it now rather than later!

i know i have no costs but again that will depend on numbers etc so put your name down and worry about the cost later if it is too much then we can remove names at a later date.

anyhow i will keep you posted as i hear anymore back from them. please i will keep trying until i get some results so please this will pull off unless the cost is ridiculous.

also please state how many sets you would be interested in i know i want two sets incase of any accidents as i do not want to have to go through all this again. so if you want to please state in brackets.

right guys no worries please i have spent long enough calling dealers breakers yards searching ebay so just hae given up, so now decided to try and get them made.

i am flying back from australia today so i will not be near a pc for a couple of days but i will check my eamil when i get home and let you know how far this has got.

keep the orders coming the more we get the better it will be so pass the thread around to other forums or mates who might want a set

ok guys just got home today from australia so i will be calling around tomorrow or the day after to try and get the ball rolling as i have onlyt been in contact with companies by email as i have been away. would of done it today but jet lagged as a mother!!!!! will keep you posted

guys as i say i have been back a few days now, i have just got off the phone to a company and have emailed them pics of what would need rto be done.

three things.........

*please can we let as many people know as possible as i would like to have to order atleast 30-40 sets to make it all worth while

*if it helps and makes a difference i am hoping that they may be able to be colour coded too

*last thing is their anyone would would be willing to remove their set off their car so i could post it to them so we can get an exact replica made? please you would be helping a lot of people!!!!!
