Ive got a pretty bad leak from my power steering reservoir which is getting blown back onto the turbo/exhaust,doesn't smell too nice.
It hasn't caught fire yet but im not going to leave it like this for long just incase !

It does! From experience, first time driving a rally car to the start of the rally, there must have been a small spill on exhaust manifold, no damage.
Second time with flames in a legacy on the way to work, had some water in the car and put it out.

No, Power Steering Fluid, like Brake Fluid is inflammable.
Petrol is flammable.
Water is non-flammable.
Semantics I know but there is a difference. This is how it was explained to me be a chemist at an Oil Refinery (who, let's face it should know
);
Inflammable means that a substance will ignite at atmospheric pressure when heat only is applied, no ignition source is needed.
Flammable means that a substance needs either an ignition source, a pressure increase, or both.
Non-Flammable means that to all intents and purposes a substance wont burn even if you apply heat, pressure and an ignition source.
Petrol is flammable.
Water is non-flammable.
