If this is a road car have you considered the insurance implications

If it's a track car why does it matter? Or are you trying to MOT it?

Take the bulb out? Simple. If it's a soldered LED then just roll some black tape up and poke it down the led hole with the clocks off.

What have you replaced the OE system with? Please don't say 4 points.

I have a spec c gravel edition which has no ABS standard I have replaced the brakes with AP four pots and it works well IMO. Just wondering what concerns you have about the four pots. Genuinely interested in your opinion

Yeah harnesses :-) 4 points are for show. They shouldn't be used in track or road. You are better off with a standard belt.

What's wrong with a good set of 4 point harnesses? Are you talking about "submarining" out?

If you're not lying down in your seat, then I don't really see how a 6 point harness would be that much better tbh. Both will stop your torso + head from smacking into the steering wheel, as far as I can tell.

A 6 point harness is far superior. As you'd soon discover if you ran straight into the bank at Quarry corner (Castle Combe) The 4 point will hold your innards briefly, before the remains of your body is squeezed out the bottom like toothpaste from a tube. When you're flipping end over end is also a good time to reflect on how well your money was spent.
