Give Alyn at AS Performance a call he'll probably get them to you in the post by tomorrow.

Other point is what's your car and set up, what are you after achieving and using the car for, as those are the factors that will determine what settings you should go for.

V1 sti
2ltr forged currently running 330@1.1 bar due to a misfire during attowes last remap (hopefully more after the tweek with the newage coilpacks in situ)
elbiach pro springs
whiteline adjustable arb, links and roll centre correction kit .
It's a daily driver but I reshelled it a couple of months ago and have only had the tracking set so far just want to get the most of my mods , make sure it's aligned correctly and a bit more over steer would be nice

Have a read of this thread, post 54 is what you'll be interested in though.

Cheers for that ditch , I had heard that the prodrive set up tends to scrub your tyres a bit but tbh it's all witchcraft to me anyways so I'll let dave work his magic next time I'm at attowes

BBB I went to attowes today ,no spec c in site though :-(

Not much luck on the dyno for me either :-(

seems like my antique apexi super intake is throttling my engine as it was making 1.4 bar just under 4k but couldn't hold it to the limiter.

end result was same 330 hp with a increase of 60 lbs of torque at 3.5k (not all bad) but not the 360 hp pub figure I was hoping for

ordered a few bits to fit a mahusive k&n; hopefully I'll have better luck next time

I run a little less Toe than the Prodrive settings as that's what scrubs your tyres, but all my settings are for my Blob Wagon, When I had my Type R done I was like you and didn't really know anything about it (not that I do now) but it only costs me 20 quid at my local tyre place so I keep trying different settings, I'm on winter tyres at the moment so not driving so fast using -1 less camber than I was and running closer to prodrive set up, but that will change for the summer.

The Spec C was booked in for Thursday but I'd had to change so it's in next Tuesday now, hopefully next time I'll be about and pop up
