Default Clunking noise during shifting

Hi mates,

after I bought my WRX STI WR1 3 weeks ago, I put almost 1k miles on it. At the moment it has around 92.000 miles on it.

Anyway I noticed some strange noise when changing gears. It appears only when the car was driven for at least 2-3 miles.
Most of the time this noise appears when cruising down the streets and doing downshifts from 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd without rev-matching.
When I try to do a little bit of rev-matching this clunking noise does not appear. When doing normal upshifts it appears very rarely.

I've recorded the noise with my smarthphone here:

What do you think is causing this problem? Is there something wrong with my gearbox, rear diff or some worn out bearing?

Greets

Max

be honest with you I didn't hear it despite the subtitles
Clunky noises usually worn bushes or mounts.
Maybe get it on the ramps and have use a bar to check the above.
